Together, let’s reflect on the Buddha’s teachings of compassion, peace, and mindfulness and focus on nurturing peace in our minds, bodies, and lives.

“I am worthy of a peaceful and harmonious life.”

After we drum, let’s share something vegetarian – to honor the precept of non-killing. Drinks and paper goods will be provided.

Bring your own drum, shaker, or rattle or use one of ours.
